Terms of Use
By using Luzzi you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Emre Uysal.
1. ACCOUNT
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country). You must state your date of birth correctly when you sign up.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.
- You may not use multiple accounts for abusive purposes.
2. CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY
- You confirm that you own the rights to the photos and information you share and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Brand and price information in your tags is your own statement and you are responsible for its accuracy. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and Luzzi does not claim any official affiliation with them.
- Your content belongs to you. You grant Luzzi a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your content in the app and to operate the service. This license ends when you delete your content.
3. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT
The following is strictly prohibited and is removed without notice when detected:
- Obscene or sexual images or nudity
- Hate speech, insults, harassment, bullying and threats
- Content that encourages violence, self-harm or illegal activity
- Any content related to the exploitation of children
- Copyright infringement, spam, fraud and misleading product or price information
- Impersonating another person
4. REPORTING AND MODERATION
Tools to report and block are available in the app for every outfit, comment and user. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; content that violates these terms is removed and, where necessary, the account is suspended. To follow up on a report or appeal, write to destek@luzziapp.com.
5. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
- Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended temporarily or closed permanently.
- You can appeal a suspension via destek@luzziapp.com.
- You can end your account at any time with Settings > Delete Account; this cannot be undone.
- If we stop the service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice.
6. EXPLORE
If your account is public, the outfits you share are also shown in Explore and other users can rate them. If your account is private, your outfits do not appear in Explore; you can send any outfit to Explore free of charge, and an outfit you send becomes public. If you make your account private, only the outfits you sent yourself stay in Explore. Ranking and reach in Explore are determined by Luzzi; no particular number of views or ratings is guaranteed.
7. PRODUCT LINKS
Store links in tags are added by users. Luzzi is not responsible for the content, prices or shopping processes of those sites.
7a. ADVERTISING AND COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS
- If you receive anything in return for a post (payment, free products, discounts or commission through an affiliate link), you are responsible for marking it as an ad.
- When an affiliate link is detected in your tags, Luzzi reminds you; outfits marked as ads show a visible "Ad" label to everyone.
- Luzzi does not add parameters to links and does not earn from them.
- Undisclosed advertising may be removed after a report or when we notice it; repeated violations may lead to account restrictions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The app is provided "as is". Luzzi is not responsible for user content, third-party sites or shopping decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS
- This agreement is between you and Emre Uysal only; Apple is not a party.
- We alone are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app; Apple has no obligation to do so.
- We are responsible for investigating and handling any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce these terms against you.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and the right to bring a claim before the courts there.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms and will let you know in the app about significant changes. The current version is published at https://luzziapp.com/en/terms.
